Tribe are horrid and pushovers

By Nick Carrabine

I wish I could say I told you so when I posted a blog on Feb. 25 saying the Tribe would be horrid but not pushovers.

You may not have noticed because most people are probably too busy this summer trying to sort out whose cousin's uncle's dentist saw LeBron James in Chicago telling tourists he was going to go play in New York, but the Tribe have been both horrid and pushovers through 75 games.

Books vs. Sports

Jason Lea, a staff writer and frequent book blogger for The News-Herald, has been crafting videos encouraging people to pick up a book and read. But he's getting a little personal in his latest creation.

The Onion's take on Mike Brown

The Onion -- a satirical news source -- wrote up its own article on Mike Brown's firing. WARNING: Language that is possibly offensive (I wouldn't post it on this blog) is used. And keep in mind that The Onion is not real -- just really funny.
